During menopause it’s now known that up to 80% of women can be deficient in MAGNESIUM, this can exacerbate the symptoms of menopause, especially poor sleep, restless legs, anxiety, and headaches.

Our gorgeous skin balm, which if applied as directed, will give you approximately two thirds of your recommended daily magnesium, directly through your skin, bypassing your digestive tract for more efficient absorption, and preventing and tummy complications.

Rose Geranium essential oil, for its mood lifting properties and its balancing effect on the skin's sebum production which makes it ideal for mature skin.

Patchouli essential oil which is known for its grounding and balancing effects on emotions and its benefits for dry or mature skin.

Once per day, apply a 2-5g portion, which is a teaspoon or a small sized grape, directly to your legs.  Rub in well until fully absorbed.

You can apply a little more balm if you think you are chronically deficient of magnesium, but as the body cannot store it, any excess will be excreted.  When giving a suggested application, we are taking into account that you are highly likely to be getting some magnesium in your diet.

Weight: 50g Tin at the lower dose will last between 20-25 days.  At the higher dose will last approximately 10 days.
