At EG-Cosmetics Limited we have recently updated our shipping options and for our UK domestic & Ireland parcels we now only use Royal Mail.   

We have negotiated rates for delivery starting from £3.99*, shipping rates are based initially on weight, then size of parcel.  These rates are based on Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service, being tracked it may require a signature on delivery.  Supplements are applicable if your parcel is heavier than 2kgs.

We endeavour to pack all orders on the day they are received, however may we kindly request you allow us 2/3 working days in addition to the shipping time to pack and prepare your order.  Our offices are closed over the weekend.  

Some products are on an order basis and can take slightly longer than this, but you will be notified if this is the case.

Please note the 48 hours is the shipping time, and does not allow for packing and in some cases ordering the products.

Please may we ask that you provide an email address and/or telephone number with ALL ORDERS so that we can keep you updated of your delivery.

NOTE: Please make us aware within 14 days of placing your order if your order has not been delivered.  Refunds & claims cannot be processed outside of this timeframe.

This offer is based on Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked or 2nd class Royal Mail  delivery, and is typically worth up to a maximum charge of £3.99, no alternative delivery service is available. 

The offer is based on the UK mainland covered by Royal Mail without incurring additional costs. 

This offer is not valid for orders to Europe, outlying Scottish or Channel Islands or orders which exceed 2 kilos in weight.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Experience tells us that - despite promising 24/48 delivery, most couriers do not meet these promises during the Christmas shopping period (1st to 20th December).  We therefore are offering you, our customers, a service based on what our couriers are offering us.  We will do everything at our end to ensure your orders are despatched on-time but once they leave our premises it is then down to the couriers to ensure delivery.  We advertise a "last day for guaranteed delivery" on our website and orders placed after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

 

EUROPE

We offer the option to ship to selected European destinations.  Shipping from the UK to Europe has been troublesome ie. getting packages through customs. 

PLEASE BE AWARE ALL PARCELS TO EUROPE WILL BE SENT DDU, You (the customer) will be responsible for the taxes and duty for your parcel on arrival in your country.

The cost of shipping varies hugely depending on the size and weight of the goods being shipped. 

The shipping prices are valid as and at 14/10/24, based on a parcel weighing a maximum of 1kg.  Prices can and do change daily.  These costs are based on using whichever carrier offers us the best rate/service and can take approximately 7/10 working days. 

We aim to be fair to all our customers, should your order be for one small item, and the cost of shipping is significantly less than the estimates we have quoted we will (where appropriate) refund the difference.  Should your order weigh more than 1kg we will advise of additional shipping costs before your order can be despatched.
