At EG-Cosmetics we use various carriers including Amazon Logistics (Swiship), EVRi & Royal Mail.
We have negotiated rates for delivery starting from £3.99. All shipping rates are based initially on weight, then on speed of service. These rates are based on EVRi, which is tracked and will require a "signed for" delivery.
Should your order be lost in transit we now require a DENIAL OF RECEIPT document to be signed and returned before any kind or refund or replacement is arranged.
We occasionally have special offers which allow free shipping this is based on EVRi economy 3/5 day standard delivery, no other service is applicable for free delivery. In the event we offer to refund your shipping the amount of the refund given will not exceed £3.99.
FREE DELIVERY on Orders over £50
This offer is based on our standard EVRi 3/5 working days delivery up to a maximum charge of £4.99, no alternative delivery service is available.
The offer is based on the UK mainland covered by the EVRi delivery service without incurring additional costs.
This offer is not valid for orders to Europe, or orders which exceed 2 kilos in weight.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Experience tells us that most couriers - despite promising 24/48 delivery, couriers do not meet these promises during the Christmas shopping period (1st to 20th December). We therefore are offering you, our customers, a service based on what our couriers are offering us. We will do everything at our end to ensure your orders are despatched on-time but once they leave our premises it is then down to the couriers to ensure delivery. We advertise a "last day for guaranteed delivery" on our website and orders placed after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
EUROPE
We offer the option to ship to selected European destinations. Shipping from the UK to Europe has been troublesome ie. getting packages through customs.
PLEASE BE AWARE ALL PARCELS TO EUROPE WILL BE SENT DDU, You (the customer) will be responsible for the taxes and duty for your parcel on arrival in your country.
The cost of shipping varies hugely depending on the size and weight of the goods being shipped.
The shipping prices are valid as and at 31/03/24, based on a parcel weighing a maximum of 1kg. Prices can and do change daily. These costs are based on using EVRI super economy service or Royal Mail which takes approximately 7/10 working days. We aim to be fair to all our customers, should your order be for one small item, and the cost of shipping is significantly less than the estimates we have quoted we will (where appropriate) refund the difference. Should your order weigh more than 1kg we will advise of additional shipping costs before your order can be despatched.
