At EG-Cosmetics we mainly use Royal Mail, but occassionaly use other carriers.
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days of the 'delivery due date' please contact us and let us know; we don't know if your parcel hasn't arrived unless you tell us.
We can now only consider refunds/replacements for lost/damaged items/orders if you have notified us within this time frame. If 21 days or more has passed we will be unable to refund or replace your order, simply because the carriers will not accept a claim from us if it is outside of this deadline.
We may ask you to complete a Denial of Receipt document. Which cover all lost/damaged parcels.
