At EG-Cosmetics we use various carriers including EVRi & Royal Mail.   

If you have not received your parcel within 10 days of the 'delivery due date' please contact us and let us know; we don't know if your parcel hasn't arrived unless you tell us.

We can now only consider refunds/replacements for lost/damaged items/orders if you have notified us within this time frame.  If 21 days or more has passed we will be unable to refund or replace your order.

We may ask you to complete a Denial of Receipt document.  Which cover all lost/damaged parcels.
