Rushmere Magnesium Balm with Lavender & Neroli 50g

Our gorgeous skin balm, which if applied as directed, will give you approximately two thirds of your recommended daily magnesium, directly through your skin, bypassing your digestive system for more efficient absorption, and preventing and tummy complications.

Lavender essential oil, widely recognised for its calming & relaxing properties and for helping to promote better sleep and reducing anxiety.

Neroli essential oil which has sedative properties, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.  Its calming effect on the mind makes it excellent for promoting relaxation before bedtime and aiding better sleep.
